Reusable consumer face masks made from a 4-ply filtering fabric with polyester tie-back cord. The inner layer is OEKO-TEX certified 100% cotton soft fabric on the skin. The middle layer is a non-woven filter layer (PN-EN 689) which filters dust and other particulate matter, with a filtration capacity of 96% at 6h exposure.
Masks can be washed at 60°C (hand or machine laundered). Masks have a recommended washing cycle of 40 washes.
Third layer is a durable non-woven polypropylene for increased filtration of small particles and added protection. The outer layer 100% polyester is perfect for sublimation. The mask is made from two fabric panels, which creates a conical shape with a seam down the middle.
